So… I’m starting a “bliss list.” Think of it like an everyday wishlist or a ‘baby bucket list’. Things that I want to do in the next 12 months that aren’t necessarily large in scale or a once in a lifetime/“I can’t believe you’re actually doing that” type of thing. (Skydiving may be on your bucket list, and visiting a local beach you’ve never explored before may be on your bliss list).
The purpose of starting this bliss list is to dream aloud and actually pursue the things I always say I want to do. By writing them down, whether on paper or in a blog, these ideas move from being mere thoughts into something more concrete. Identification and awareness are the first steps in making these experiences part of my reality!

My 2024/2025 Bliss List:
- Circle B Bar Reserve, Lakeland, FL
- Bioillumenct kayaking, Cocoa Beach, FL
- Apple picking in the fall, Maryland
- Hillsborough River State Park, Thonotosassa, FL
- Flatwoods!! Tampa, FL
- Tubing down Rainbow River, Dunnellon, FL
- Three Sister Springs, Crystal River, FL
- Kayaking in Ocala National Forest
- NYC for a weekend
- Walk/run a marathon
Funnily enough, 9 out of 10 things on here are outdoor activities. Yep, opportunities for me to be immersed in nature! & if I had to bet, the NYC trip would likely involve a lot of outdoor action too (huge Central Park fan right here)!
My list will grow and evolve just as I grow and evolve ☺️ and sitting down with a calendar to start bringing these dreams to life already fills me with such positive energy.
Over the years I’ve found that a big part of happiness is being genuinely excited about life. So start finding joy in the little things—like making a cup of tea, witnessing a beautiful sunset, or exploring new places. I encourage you to create a life that fills you with excitement and makes each day worth looking forward to.
