Nature, movement, connection, and our interests; these are 4 critical pillars of healthy living. Now I know that there are other factors that are equally as important (like nutrition, sleep, and safety), but these 4 are my favorite to reflect on and share with others. In my own life, adjustments in these spaces have moved the needle from jaded to joyful, and I trust that intentionally focusing on these 4 elements can positively impact anyone’s human experience ever so significantly, too. As we dive deeper into exploring the intricacies of each element, it becomes clear that not only these pillars but all of life are deeply interconnected.
